Our Story

Casa de Campo was born from a simple idea: bring the warmth of Dominican kitchens to our community. Our family grew up around big pots of sancocho, crispy empanadas, and the smell of garlic, cilantro, and lime. When we opened our doors at 123 W 4th St, Bethlehem, PA, we set out to share those same flavors—made with care, patience, and love.

Today, locals, students, and visitors come to us for the dishes they crave: pernil, mofongo, pollo guisado, churrasco, fresh seafood, and more. Whether it’s your first time trying Dominican cuisine or you’re missing a taste of home— bienvenidos.
